Prices, Currency & Regulatory Changes

All prices displayed on this website are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR), as specified at the time of display or quotation. Prices are calculated based on prevailing exchange rates, supplier tariffs, and applicable local costs at the time the offer is issued.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices do not include any future government-imposed charges, taxes, levies, or regulatory fees introduced after the date of booking.

Prices may be subject to adjustment in the event of significant fluctuations in exchange rates between the time of quotation and the time of payment, where such fluctuations materially affect the cost of services provided.

Any such adjustment shall be calculated in a fair and transparent manner and communicated to the client prior to confirmation or execution of the affected service.

Kira Tour Egypt shall not be held liable for price changes resulting from:

• Amendments to Egyptian or international government regulations
   
• Changes in taxation, tourism fees, or entrance fees
   
• Introduction or modification of fuel surcharges
   
• Decisions or directives issued by official authorities or regulatory bodies
   

Where such changes occur after a booking has been confirmed and directly impact the cost of the contracted services, Kira Tour Egypt reserves the right to revise the total price accordingly. Clients will be notified without undue delay of any mandatory adjustments.

Once a booking has been confirmed and paid for, the agreed price shall remain valid except where price changes are required by law, regulation, or official authority, in accordance with applicable consumer protection standards.

In such cases, any increase or decrease shall be strictly limited to the actual impact of the regulatory change.

Clients are advised to confirm final prices at the time of booking to ensure accuracy and to avoid discrepancies arising from regulatory or market changes beyond our control.

Kira Tour Egypt is committed to transparency and fairness. Clients will always be informed of:

• The reason for any price adjustment
   
• The legal or regulatory basis for such adjustment
   
• The revised total amount payable, if applicable
   

Clients retain the right to request clarification before accepting any amended price.
